Refund policy

At ComfortSeats.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval of the returned item.

Customized or used products are not eligible for return or refund.
